Specializing in functional rehabilitation, particularly focusing on spinal therapies such as scoliosis, Noralign swiftly became a cornerstone for specialized care during childhood and adolescence. Tragically, after Nora’s passing, her husband Warren, with the invaluable support of BNI’s powerful networking platform, stepped forward to uphold her legacy.
Warren’s journey into BNI was transformative, highlighting the profound impact of networking. Nora’s earlier act of assisting Elias, a BNI member relocating to Dubai, blossomed into a fruitful collaboration. Elias managed Noralign’s social media, enhancing its visibility and community outreach. Through Elias, Warren connected with Anuranj Thomas from BNI Gratitude. Anuranj’s contributions ranged from developing essential treatment equipment to initiating Warren’s own BNI journey at Swissôtel Al Murooj over the past eight months.
Warren, with early experience in the finance sector, took charge of Noralign’s medical departments with immense enthusiasm. Recognizing the value of cultivating relationships and mutual goals, Warren’s involvement in professional networks like BNI not only brought business opportunities but also fostered a spirit of collaboration and support.
Beyond transactions, Noralign’s partnership with BNI cultivated a culture where members transcended mere contacts, becoming friends deeply invested in each other’s success.
Recent milestones include Noralign’s commendable partnerships, notably with INTUS, underscoring Warren as a proactive networker. From its humble beginnings with Nora and one other person, Noralign has expanded to include five clinicians and Warren by 2024, doubling in size due to their robust networking efforts. Even today, pricing for treatments aligns with Nora’s original vision, and Warren continues to explore new pilot projects with BNI members.
